Stop a bulleted or numbered list

  1. Select the line of text that you do not want in the list.

  2. On the Home tab, under Paragraph, do one of the following:

    To stop

    Click

    Bullets

    Bulleted List Bullets button

    Numbering

    Numbered List Numbering button
